RETURNS POLICY

We’re sorry if your order wasn’t quite right, but we’re always happy to help put it right.

You are welcome to return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this window.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • In perfect, unworn condition
  • Folded in its original packaging with tags still attached
  • Clean and free from odour

If your return does not meet these requirements, we may be unable to issue a full refund.

If you return one item from a bundle or special offer, we will refund the returned item at the discounted rate it was purchased.

 

WHAT CAN AND CAN’T BE RETURNED

We offer full refunds and free exchanges on all eligible items purchased at full or sale prices.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Embroidered garments
  • Socks
  • Face protectors
  • Outlet items

 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your item, please send it to:

  • You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost of your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges for UK customers. To request an exchange, simply include a note in your return stating the new size or product you’d like. If it’s in stock, we’ll ship it out to you at no extra cost.

 

REFUND TIMING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
