UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail)

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: 3–11 working days depending on the destination and delivery service selected.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on location.

International orders are shipped using a variety of trusted courier partners and include tracking information.

Please note that orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Our embroidery service is created by hand.

Please allow an additional 10 working days on top of the standard delivery times listed above.

You will receive updates on the progress of your order before it is dispatched.

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

Your tracking number will be included in your order confirmation email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
